In the second stage, the participants experienced e-learning through a set of learning modules based on the seven capabilities of leadership. The third learning stage was implemented in Khasab on 14-17 October 2019. This module covered multiple themes, such as understanding key trends of 4IR, how this is relevant to Oman, and developing executive leaders for the new economy.
