The latest programs and initiatives implemented by Institute of Capability Development

The Institute of Capability Development seeks to achieve proficiency and professionalism in government-sector performance, by fostering a culture of impactful leadership, to build a generation of Omani leaders capable of steering the course of the future.

The Digital Fluency Program aims to prepare the DRC for digital transformation and the new economy. It is targeted at DRC staff, and endeavors to train them to spearhead digital transformation, thus contributing to boosting the digital national economy.

Institute of Capability Development Initiatives

The University of Oxford was chosen as the learning partner to implement this program. The Institute of Capability Development worked with the university to design learning content based on the model of leadership competencies in the new economy and to ensure that it corresponded with the needs of Assistant Directors-General.
